Installation guide for nomadic license version 4
(Apple store)

You are already a user of our solutions and of a mobile version inSitu.
As part of our deployment on Apple store, we invite you to follow the following migration procedure in order to guarantee the continuity of the service and the good backup of your data.
This step must be done before
April 30th 2023, date at which your old version will not be maintained anymore.

You have received a license code from our services and have your identifiers.
You can proceed with the installation steps of the new SGTi4 version in situ and the backup and recovery of your projects. Follow the leader!

SYNCHRONIZING YOUR PROJECTS > Current version

!! Sending and retrieving data may take several minutes. Make sure you have enough time available to perform the operation, as well as having a stable 4G or Wifi network during the operation.

!! If the application is used on several projects, the operation must be carried out for each one and may therefore require the intervention of several users.

!! Saving projects from your current version is to be done MANDATORY before April 30, 2023.Beyond this date, the data can no longer be synchronized.

On the project concerned, press the synchronization icon.

After comparing your local project with the content on the server, press "Send" or "Send / Receive".

Once the synchronization is complete, check that the mention "Up-to-date data" appears.

Work from this moment on the new version concerning this project.

NEW VERSION INSTALLATION > Apple Store

Go from your tablet to the Apple Store and download the "SGTi4 inSitu" application.

Log in using your credentials.

Select the Licenses menu > Press + to add your license ID.

Paste or re-enter the identifier transmitted in the ad hoc field and validate.

Once verified, your license is added to your status license portfolio.ACTIVATED.

Repeat the same operation if you need to add others.

If your license is not in ACTIVE status or the status of the contract is not IN PROGRESS as shown in the examples below, please contact the support department by calling 01 49 20 15 15 or by email service.assistance@sgti.fr

RECOVERY OF PROJECTS > New version

Return to the Projects tab of your new version.

Select Check synchronization.

Collect your project(s).

​ You are ready! Good visit!

1-Make sure all projects have been saved

2- Check the synchronisations are complete

Once all the projects have been synchronized from your old version (check your uses shared with other tablet users), proceed to the permanent deletion of the old version of'application.
