Louvre Conservation Center.
Haut-de-France, Liévin.
After ensuring all study and work exchanges for the construction of the museum in 2006, the Louvre Museum once again commissioned Egis to support it in the construction project of the Louvre Museum's collections conservation center integrating spaces dedicated to the logistics of the works, conservation spaces, treatment spaces, rooms for consultation and study of the works as well as offices for the team.
Emphasis is placed on the will of a very strong environmental inscription and of a construction of a building ensuring a perfect climatic stability (temperature and relative humidity) for the conservation of the collections.
Compliance with functional and technical requirements, in particular those related to the conservation conditions of the collections, is one of the essential elements for the design of the project.
