Script & Go may collect personal data based on:

• Prior consent of the data subject: Our solutions and services are exclusively used in a B2B context, and data is collected after prior notice. For marketing purposes, consent is obtained via a contact form with an option to unsubscribe.

• Performance of contractual obligations: The collection of certain personal data is necessary for the execution of contracts and the delivery of subscribed services, including technical and functional support, training, or billing.

Script & Go may collect personal data during phone support to identify malfunctions. The support process is logged in our helpdesk and confirmed by email for traceability and user rights access.

Script & Go only collects necessary data ("data minimization principle"):

• Company identification

• Professional email address

• Company postal address

• Professional phone numbers

• Location data

• Device data

• Connection and browsing data (IP addresses, logs)

• Text entries (titles, comments, approvals, descriptions)

Notes:

• Sensitive Data: No sensitive data (e.g., racial, sexual orientation, health, religious beliefs) is collected.

• Minor Data: Not applicable, as services are exclusively intended for professionals.

Purpose of Data Processing by Script & Go 

Data is used strictly for service provision or technical/functional/contractual support. Script & Go does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except when legally required (e.g., court order).

All processing is conducted under necessity and purpose limitation principles.

Processing purposes:

• Data entry into internal systems for service tracking, delivery, invoicing, and administrative follow-up

• Contractual obligation execution

• Newsletter dissemination on service updates

Data Location and Retention Period​

• Data Hosting Location: Secure infrastructure with disaster recovery plans within the European Union.

• Data Retention Period: Depends on the duration of the contract or commercial relationship. For web/app services, data is retained for a maximum of 10 years after end of service use. Early deletion requests require written confirmation.
